  • Disappointed. Dr. Nelson was very helpful in person but after our first appointment very hard to reach. The other staff seem to be helpful but I don't think they should tell you to continue to check the patient portal and that all messages are returned within 2 business days. I had to call 3 times and it took a week to get connected with the Dr. Once in the phone with him he was rushing and could tell he wanted me off the line. Hopefully things will improve :/
