  • One star nothing to against the store, it's the customer service I received from the manager Daniel. By saying that Daniel is the worst manger I have ever deal with . He was so rude and cranky,on Tuesday night I bought grocery also a case of beer , but I did not find out I forgot it to take the beer till the next day . So I called the frys to ask them if the cashier turned the beer to customers service . When I call , they guy who name is Daniel he was very impatient and rude ,I told him I forgot to take the beer and I throw away my receipt but good thing is I used my debit card and frys VIP card. He refused to help , and he said to me "by law we can't exchange alcohol" then I asked him so why can't I just get a refund ? Because I am 100% sure I left at cash register, the cashier would be able to see it and keep it or turned the beer to customer service.Then Daniel said "just come to the store see if there's anything I can do". Ok , I went back to fry's at night , he wasn't nice at all just like he was on the phone with me when I called ,he does not want to solve the problem and said sorry I am done for tonight , there is nothing I can do. Have a great night ! It seemed He does not wanna talk one word .the way he acted like he must be think I am lie or something trying to take advantage of them , But I am not a liar, I even told him to check the camera He refused it and I asked to speak to a leader , he refused it again so I had come back to the fry's the next morning, I explained the situation to the lady her name is Devine, she was very nice , I gave her my fry's VIP phone number she did her research tried to solve this problem for me and I also met the leader Matt ,he was way nicer than Daniel . When I told Devine about how Daniel been so rude to me ,she apologized to me and I do really appreciate it , because I told her it's not about the money ,how much it costed for a case of beer , it's about the Principe, the way Daniel acts makes me very uncomfortable !
