Love this place! I took the pastry class (eclairs and creme puffs) and it was fantastic! The chef that taught was very into the science/mechanics of why you add ingredients at specific times (think a phoenix version of Alton Brown). Being a scientist, I LOVED IT! My eclairs, while not perfectly shaped, tasted awesome and so did the pastry creme. I can't wait to take more classes. Thanks again for making baking fun!
