  • Pay for internet, in some rooms. This is the modern era, offer free wifi. Internet connection sucks in some rooms - can't keep connection (I stayed in two different ones that week). Must be the position of the room. The notably bad room was at the very end of the hall. The grout in the bathroom in the tub area looked dirty, or stained, or mold, in shower walls. Like if you haven't cleaned your tiles in 5 years, then decided to try and they never came clean. TINY TINY rooms! Did I say tiny? I stayed at a Holiday Inn on this same trip and for less money had a bigger room. TV in awkward position in some rooms, above computer and parallel to bed. I had to turn my head to watch TV, or when I was at my laptop on the desk, I had to look straight up. Not as much of a problem if the TV turned/tilted from side to side, which it didn't. No comp breakfast in AM. Not even a bagel. Free coffee in the lobby though. I had a better stay and a bigger room for less money in a Holiday Inn Express in CN
