  • These people are idiots. I sent my husband in this morning with a coupon. They told him that they couldn't except it because they are NOT Einstein anymore They ARE Caribou now. That is such BS. There sign still says Einstein with Caribou underneath. The fellow making the sandwiches kept wiping his nose without changing his gloves. My husband had them remake. My husband has in in with the Maricopa Health Department. The topper was that they charged him .50 each for the spinach bagel. We will not be coming back. I may just find another coupon and send a friend back. Just to piss them off. Shame on you. Instead of saying what you can't do, be positive to the customer. We are the ones that keep your doors open. Kudos to the cashier that made everything right For my husband with the coupon. They still nicked us for the extra charge for the spinach bagel.
