  • OK. THE most important thing for hot pot is the sauce. It doesn't matter u have highend lamb meat or shrimp. When dining there, all I wanted was to go to the kitchen and showed them how to mix decent sauce. I was almost desperate enough to to ask them bring the raw material so I can do it myself...The dipping was so salty and tasted strange...
