  • We just came back from our 3 nights, 4 days trip to vegas. Stayed at Bellagio for the first time. I have to say it was very disappointing. I love the shops, Garden and front fountain at Bellagio. However the room was nothing close to what I expect and for the price we paid. Mattresses were very uncomfortable same as pillows. I'm not a very picky person or someone that travels in bubbles. But their room wasn't even clean enough. The blow dry had only low bottom which feels like a fan! I called front dest. to my surprise they said all their room has same quality of mattress and pillows. They were nice enough to send new pillows but we ended up sleeping without pillows for 3 nights! They said they will send a different blowdryer which they never did and after 2request I gave up! The glass window even was closed and sealed, still was bring cold breeze inside room. We didn't like the rooms at Bellagio at all. Without mentioning any names, we've stayed at least 12 other hotels ( few of them even 3 stars) and they were all much better room. Would never book or stayed there but will definitely go back for Garden and shopping.
