  • Such an amazing experience from West Elm Calgary. I bought a beautiful sectional and paid for delivery. I was promised 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I got delivery with in that time frame. Delivery company was respectful of our house. They assembled and took all the cardboard! I heard some mixed reviews on the customer service. But I personally had such a wonderful memorable experience. Absolutely love the family vibe you get when visiting the store. Unfortunately the negative reviews came from friends and family who have never ordered custom furniture before. My sister ordered a lamp that had taken 8 weeks to come in. She was frustrated but happy with consistent communication. She had already heard from a friend (an associate) of West elm about the aggressive behaviour of most customers. Which isn't fair to a company that's brand new with what I am assuming comes with a lot of trial and error. Please be patient with west elm staff. A long winded review. But worth it for my new favourite store.
