  • I have no idea why there are any bad reviews for this airport. Yes it is small, but its better than the labyrinths, oh I mean airports, better known as JFK in New York and Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta. How much do you expect an airport to have? Food -check Seats-check Airplanes- check It's an airport for Pete's sake not a luxury resort. Seems to me like this place has everything you need. Not to mention an awesome shoe-shine. If you can find the older man he will shine your shoes and give you some of his 'old-man life wisdom'. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely nice even the TSA workers?!?!? It almost seemed unreal. TSA workers being nice to a muslim woman in nothing short of an anomaly. This was absolutely the 1st trip I've traveled since 9/11 and not been pulled to the side for extra screening. It could possibly be because they have full body scans, but either way no complaints here. The airport was clean with plenty of TV's to watch sports while you wait and quiet enough to read if you choose.
