  • My 13yr old daughter and I decided to give this place a try after seeing that they were voted Best of LV 2013. Boy, were we disappointed! My nail technician was super friendly in the beginning but kept pushing me to get a gel manicure even after I told her many times that I was interested in a regular manicure. Then she suggested that I get a deluxe pedicure. I told her that a regular pedicure was just fine. She then said that it would be $5 more to put some softening gel on my heels to make them smooth. I declined and saw that she did end up putting the gel on so she didn't have to work harder at scrubbing! After seeing that I wouldn't budge on the extras that she was pushing, she was quiet the whole time and didn't even acknowledge me when I thanked her after the service. For my daughter, her technician was very rough on her hands and feet which didn't make her experience enjoyable. She didn't talk to her the entire time except for when she whispered to her that it would be an extra $10 to get the glitter on only two nails! If we didn't ask her to repeat herself, she would of ended up putting the glitter on and charged us the extra! The only way that I can describe my experience is that I felt the technicians here were worse than drug pushers. Everything was $5 more, $10 more, you should get this, you should get that! Obviously, we are not going back and sticking to our regular salon where gel on the heels and glitter on two nails are included in the services!
