rev:text	DONT RENT HERE!! Renter beware is right. They lied about the pool completely! They said it would be ready by Memorial Day. I called and asked because I didn't see any progress, and was told I don't know why anybody told you that. Three people told me that and I heard them explaining that to another person As they were doing a tour. They offer Starbucks coffee as an amenity with powdered creamer! The gym is a joke it's a couple of treadmills and some free weights. The Media Center has dirty carpet it's just a large TV who cares. The property itself is in the middle of nowhere, no sidewalks around no stores to walk to just a gas station on the corner. The only redeeming quality would be the pool however they put that off now saying that there's a design issue, so now they're moving around plants it's 110° are you kidding me. They make you use their cable provider and Internet provider my bill is now $210 a month! Last but not least, there are several questionable people living here, you get people with Maserati's and then you get One parent families who have multiple children with poopy diapers running around unattended. And yes they are on HUD I asked two of the women they seemed happy about it I need it is new and modern. I pay taxes, I live next to the people that are benefiting from taxes that I pay. Technically I'm paying twice to live here lol.... The good and the bad news is that it's affordable. The management is unprofessional and rude
