  • I used to take my dog to Petsmart to get her monthly groom and 4 out of the 5 times I've taken her there she wasn't groomed to my satisfaction. Her tail was "shaped" when I specifically asked them not to touch her tail and her ears never quite looked normal because they kept cutting the hair running over the top of her ears funky. NESS of Desert Doggies simply groomed my dog the way I asked. Mind you, I'm not a crazy control freak when it comes to these things. Touch-up trimming around her bum and ears with a shampoo and nail trim is all she needs (how do you mess that up?) I loved the result this time around. Scheduling was hassle-free and the location is conveniently located up the street from my home. I'll definitely be taking my dog here from now on!
