  • You can't beat the service of this hotel ! From the moment you arrive they treat you like royalty. I found that around every corner there was a smiling face eager to help me. The valet guys are fabulous! The bartenders in the bar are very friendly and make some great cocktails. The room was kept clean and was very lovely. My only con for my trip was the tea service which I found to be underwhelming. The price doesn't not match what you are receiving. I also was not so happy to be sitting in the lobby as it was drafty. I also do not like how they poor hot water over and over on the same tea leaves. The sweets and scones did not meet my expectations. The scone was not made traditional English style and left a strange taste of lard in the Pallet. Other than that everything here was top notch and I would love to come again for a stay!
