  • If I can select a BIG ZERO, that's exactly what they deserve. Friendz was scheduled to deliver breakfast this morning, 8/24/16 for a class event of which our order was delivered to a wrong location of which they would not reveal nor make up our delivery. I received a call from Nancy at Friendz catering of which she called and told me the delivery in fact was done of which I replied that NO it wasn't, she asked if our building had construction going on, if which I said, no again..I expressed my frustration as they have delivered twice before and why would they confuse our building address and or confirm leaving the catered meal with a wrong office. Because of my frustration in my tone, she said she didn't want to talk with me and literally HUNG UP the phone on me. UNBELIEVALE that I've been placed in this situation with Friendz catering leaving us with NO FOOD!!! This is part of my job and in four years no caterer has ever left us hanging out to dry!!!!! UNDEPENDABLE, UNRELIABLE & worst off INCONSIDERATE on a business aspect!!!!
