  • The glass replacement was ok. The insurance company paid for it. What I didn't like was they offer you restaurant and hotel certificates worth $300. So what do you think when they say that? You think your getting a gift card worth $300 right?! No! You get a certificate that you have to pay $29 to activate and you get a monthly certificate for 12 months for $25. But wait there's more. You have to have a minimum purchase of $50 first before using the certificate. I would rather have them just tell me up front that they don't offer incentives for windshield replacement. At least then I would have this negative comment to write. In fact they probably would have gotten 5 stars. Hey Safe Auto... drop the B.S. and gain your credibility back! See my pic of the details!
