  • It's like living in Joe's Apartment watch the movie. , between the roach infestations that they don't take care of and they call of you Liars that's Ariel of course. the maintenance issues that are not taken care of and are done poorly or not at all you can never get hold of the corporate office and you have to email they never respond never help you if you have constant issues with the office staff and when you complain about that nothing's done to correct . Also they do not follow through on complaints about loud and stomping neighbors, neighbors that harass you, talk over you when you expressed your concerns I recommend you go and walk the property talk to more than a few residents that live there before you walk into the leasing office you may just want to turn around get back in your car and never come back. If I had one thumbs down to choose that would be better that would be a better option.
