  • Customer service here needs a lot of work. I was in a car accident and Geico recommend this place for body work. The contact I had there always answered my questions. The problem came when I picked up the car. It looked like they did a great job on the body work (from what I can tell, but I'm no expert). However I noticed that my interior drivers and passenger door panels (cloth) were dirty. It looked like someone rubbed greasy hands all over it. I asked the guy about it and he pulled up photos taken when they received the car and it appeared that the grease was there when they got the car. Maybe the tow truck driver? It's weird that the tow truck driver would have touched my interior drivers door since that door was unable to open after the accident though. Whether it was the body shops responsibility or not, I told him I wasn't going to accept the car back in that condition. He told me that I was being unreasonable and that I can't expect him to "restore the entire interior of my vehicle." I thought that was really rude. He was obviously mad at me. I told him I wasn't asking him to do that, I just want my car back in the condition it was in before the accident. I told him I was calling geico. He turned and walked inside. Of course the geico adjuster told me he would take care of it. So the same guy came out and told me they "would try to clean it up." I left it another day to be cleaned. I called the next day to see if my car was done and, long story short, I called 3 times and left 2 messages with the front desk and still didn't get a call back. The woman on the phone wasn't being very nice or helpful. I wasn't trying to be a nuisance, I needed to know when it would be done because I was leaving work and didn't want to have to make a second trip to get the car. Again I called the geico adjuster, he called them and magically they were able to give him an answer! He called me back and told me my car was ready. Very frustrating. When I picked it up, they had cleaned it and it looked good. The building itself is run down and depressing. No wonder the people who work there are grumpy. I wouldn't go back here. If I need body work in the future I will go to Service King. They treated me well. Larry Miller Collision Center does not understand customer service. I will never buy a car from a Larry Miller dealership now either.
