  • When my sons doctors office told me I had to deal with the actual company that made his machine I dreaded every moment up until the call because I know it can be a hassle. But I was completely wrong, I didn't get the women's name but she was wonderful from the moment she answered the phone. She was fast and efficient. Our new machine arrived a few hours later. The two gentlemen that delivered it were also very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with this company and their service.
