  • Apartment is nice. Have not seen any roaches or had any issues of that nature. I am giving 1 star rating because the water sewage and trash is tremendously high. I am paying $70+ for a one bedroom (bill is due with rent). My electric bill isn't even this high. Also maintenance will enter your home without warning. Noticed a few things had been fixed around my house. Maintenance fulfilled work order at the end of April that had been previously satisfied in February. After submitting another work order this week, specifically telling them that THEY DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ENTER. They still did. I was alone in my bedroom sleeping when I heard them in my house. Please do no rent from this building.
