  • Not my favorite nail place but definitely a good option if said favorite place is inconvenient. Located on S. Highland Street in Shadyside, in that little plaza next to Casbah, Envy Nail Spa has at least ten chairs for spa pedicures and several desks for your nails. I enjoyed my pedicure and the employees were friendly and wanted to assure that I was comfortable and enjoying myself. They offered me water, made sure my chair was massaging me, and even wrapped my legs in hot towels. I should mention that I called ahead by, oh, ten minutes to ask for an appointment and I was seated in about 15 minutes of arrival. A little pricier than some nail salons, a pedicure will set you back here for $30. I'd return if I find myself in Shadyside and in desperate need of a pedicure.
