  • I am so upset with myself for not trusting my gut after reading the reviews on Yelp. I only came to this location because I was running short on time and it was very close to where I was. First let me start off by saying Customer service is lacking I did not get a hello when I walked in I was just asked what do you need done today? Their prices does not match the quality of the work that they do nor the skills of their technicians. After just two days of getting a full set done I already have two nails lifting I have never had my nails this poorly done before. They are thicker than I normally like and I specifically asked her multiple times to make them thin, my cuticles were poorly cleaned up and trimmed I'm just disgusted with the way they came out. I normally get gel polish but by the time it came down to get the polish done I opted for regular color instead Bc I could tell that I would not like them and I was just ready to get the hell out of there Bc I was so frustrated with this place and I couldn't fathom paying $62 for a set of nails that I would not like. I would never set foot in this establishment again.
