This place is in a Chinese strip mall that doesn't usually draw the younger, hip crowd the area. However, it is a very good place, there is a line up/waitlist of around 20-30 minutes. I've tried the lap cheung and seaweed egg waffle which was incredibly fresh and crispy; the ingredients worked well with the waffle to give it a savoury taste. The green tea ice cream was also very creamy and soft, reminding me of Mcdonald's ice cream. The presentation was nice, and I think that was what attracted me to it. However, it is on the pricier side of things and you could easily go to the shop next door for a good quality egg waffle as well for half or less the price.
I've also tried the black and white sesame woofle which was light and crispy with toasted sesames, but I do prefer the lap cheung and seaweed one for its novelty. Its worth trying once, but not a place you can afford all the time.
