  • We visited the Service Dept. on Saturday 08/19/17 for our scheduled oil and filter change on our 2015 Ford Fusion. Upon arrival we were greeted by a service advisor under the name of Tabitha Carrillo. She introduced herself and walked us through the process of our vehicle. Tabitha expresses very good knowledge and discipline when it comes to our vehicle's maintenance. She had an answer to every question. We are very cautious of where or who maintains our vehicles. Moving into a new area, we knew we had to decision on a new dealership that can maintain our vehicles. Tabitha kept us in the loop on the condition of the vehicle and gave us a courtesy call once once the vehicle was ready for pick-up. After visiting the service department at Ford Jones it's very clear that we will maintain Tabitha as our full-time service advisor from now on. We will definitely take our vehicles back to Jones Ford for services in the future. I will highly recommend Tabitha to all our close friends and relatives. She has received an A+ for customer service from us. Keep up the good work!
