  • Oak Tree Vet started out strong after we moved to Cleveland Hts, but over the course of our first 9 months with them, it's become clear they are disorganized at best and dishonest at worst. Unable to keep track of even the basics, like actually scheduling appointments "oh sorry we wrote it down for *next* Tuesday"--or keeping track of our dogs medications, leaving messages trying to upsell us on allergy medications our dog is already on after convincing us to try an expensive new medication that did nothing--and telling us during an office visit that there was nothing else they'd recommend for shots and then sending a message strongly urging a new appointment for additional protections (so they can bill us for an additional visit!) Throughout it all, the office staff simply does not care when you raise issues with them. The attitude is very clearly "I've gotta be here all day, so what do I care if you are inconvenienced by our mistakes."
