I would never use Flight Network again. I booked my flight one month in advance and chose the option to pay for my bags to be checked. When I arrived to the airport the airline had no record of the payment, so I had to pay again. When I contacted Flight Network hoping to get it resolved before my return flight, I received no response. Two days later I tried calling the number listed on the website, just got a fast busy signal. I also tried the live chat feature on their website. It said there were 4 customers in front of me and the wait would be 20 min. As I waited I saw the wait time and the customers go down, when it went to zero, I was NOT connected to an agent, I received a message that said live chat not available. So I filled out a form on their website. After I returned on my trip and by then had paid double for checking my bags TWICE, I got an e-mail response offering to credit me less than HALF of what I paid them and a lame excuse of why I had to take it or leave it. When I replied asking how they arrived at that amount, I haven't received a response in 2 weeks. I would never use Flight Network ever again.
