  • My father had his leg amputated was transported there for therapy several things: no help when needed to go to the bathroom female nurse refused to help response turn the light on male nurse will assist food is horrible patient get a bath twice a week my father smelled my father complained he could not breathe or sleep I complained several times to the nurses on duty their response I will text the Dr. their response your father is having anxiety ( needless to say we had him taken to the hospital by ambulance in ICU with fluid in his lungs) I also forgot to mention $140 from his jacket that money for copays for upcoming dr appointments no where to be found but Dr Shaba is at home trying to decide what he wants to do according to the nurses had to remind the nurses what needed to be put on his dressing (meds) nurses never communicated when I would ask for updates day shift never communicated with evening shift nurses where never on the same page for example one nurse said your father didn't get melatonin last night that's why he didn't sleep well, another nurse will say he did get melatonin so whose telling the truth I remember calling at times when my dad had issues and he wasn't getting any assistant I would call and I would go round and round in the phone queue I would have to hang up and call back a Tom answered who was very rude CNA's volunteers where sent home New Years Eve weekend due to discharge not enough work according to CNA on duty seems to me plenty of work available with the long waits Head Nurse over all the RN'S and CNA's assigned to the patients especially the one particularly to my father I would ask her questions regarding my fathers condition she never had an answer first response my husband and I got I was off for two days ok I will pardon that days later approach her again still no answer instead she would refer me to the RN on duty her title is the Head Nurse you would think she would know more about her patients she's over Its sad that some had to be reminded what is their job duties I had to clean his room on the weekends, change out his pillow cases he would poop his pants at night due to the long waits he fell out of bed due to the long waits trying to get in help to get into his chair and I myself witnessed the long waits I was on vacation the week of Dec 23- Jan 1,2018 and I spent a lot of time there. Another interesting note is that the EMT told my husband nice place but the staff basically is not good make a complaint but make sure its heard so what does that say Spoke to Georgiana expressed my complaints left a voicemail for Ammon Exe Director before speaking to Georgiana never received a call back awesome customer service some were awesome, rude, didn't want to be bothered with and you know who you are: Vanessa, Roy, Julie, Kim, Jen, Hollie, Fortuna, Kristina, Tom, Daylene and I dealt with some other staff at least once and never seen them again so I do not have their names who I mentioned to Georgiana by description
