  • Horrible customers Serivice. The store manager didn't even know what he was doing "Michael".He told me" they can delight your sale anytime they want" when I was walking in to Sam clubs and trying to purchase two bottle of wines. I saw one of friend and stopped by chatted little bit. After that, I went grabbed two bottle of wines I want. I show them my ID and I was 25 years old. The cashier said they can't sell me the alcohol. I told them call the store Manager here "Michael". He told me "I was relative with my friend and she was trying to asked me to purchase wines for her. She was trying to purchase wines they delight her because she doesn't has picture ID". Then I said" no I came here to buy my own wines. Also, I told him go look at her wines and look at my wines. They are totally different. Why you told me, she was trying to asked me purchased wines for her." Then he changes the subject again. Oh Nevada as retailer, we can delight your sale at anytime we want. The cashier was not comfortable to selling alcohol to you" I asked him are you serious. He said yes. I was like okay thanks you bye. First time had bad experiences with Sams Club at RainBowl. Very disappointed with them.
