  • The hotel is much nicer despite of what some reviews would lead you to believe. There are ice machines ! It's a new medium sized sparkly property with a good size pool and cabana - love the bar - area. A smallish casino is surrounded by a couple of upscale restaurants as well as casual places to eat. We enjoyed happy hour in the beer garden and had wonderful hamburgers at Umami (try the truffle oil burger). Our room was well appointed (though no coffee maker) with a giant flat screen TV and nicely decorated - love the mirrors - large bathroom - almost instant hot water in the shower, solid wall construction and nice linens made our stay very easy. Security felt very present but not ominous (the security staff wear plaid, so they're easy to spot). I had occasional problems with wi-fi in the room. Everyone from the front desk, to the maintenance people were very friendly and attentive. We were also pleased to discover the monorail station directly behind (in front ? next to?) the Hotel. That was a super bonus. I can easily recommend this property. We had an excellent experience for sure.
