  • Pros: 1. Their paint color match is SPOT ON perfect. That is the only reason they get two stars 2. They are friendly Cons: 1. They had my car for 3 days shy of a month 2. The body work was basically 100% bondo, orange peel and the damage is still very noticeable. 3. They replaced my tail light assembly incorrectly, which caused it to overheat and I had to have that fixed 4. I pointed out that the tire needed to be replaced when they picked up the vehicle, they didn't get it in the insurance appraisal, so it didn't get done 5. They promised a $200 rebate, but that didn't happen 6. They are never at the shop... you have to call them and wait there for someone to show up
