We got overcharged at Mark Kia!! My partner and I do not know much about cars. We had been looking at buying a new car for some time but didn't want to rush into anything or get a bad deal. We were told to come to Mark Kia.
We went to Mark Kia and we thought we were getting a good deal but turns out we overpaid by about $10,000. We didn't even find this out until we tried to refinance the car with our Credit Union. Our Credit Union informed us we were upside down in the car by about $10,000. The Credit Union reviewed our documents and told us we got "majorly screwed over by Mark Kia"!
If you're not smart on cars, don't go to Mark Kia, they take advantage of people who may not know much about cars. Very high pressure sales as well.
Follow up with the GM has not been pleasant either. My partner tried to speak with the GM, Josh on the phone but the GM was very defensive and yelled at us on the phone for not understanding the deal!! Not what you want in a car dealership.
