They do a good job on pedicures. The place is nice and clean, though the air is heavy with the smell of chemicals. For this, I subtract a star.
What upset me, however, was the bikini wax. The technician did not want to wear gloves, even though I asked her about it. She said she knew she was supposed to but didn't want to. She was using her bare hands to touch my skin, including parts that she was waxing. She also reused the stick the entire time. She then proceeded to use what seemed to be unsanitized tweezers to pull out stray hairs, but I stopped her from doing so. No aloe vera was provided after.
A lot of nail salons engage in these types of wax practices and its absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning.
