  • Terrible terrible company!!! Totally unprofessional! Tech gave me one report as to the problem and the warranty company another. Simple inquiry with the owner resulted in a very hateful and disrespectful response. Tech layed on the floor entire time to diagnose my washer. No testing equipment, no business card , no identification whatsoever! Do not use this company under any circumstance.
