  • i am 7 months pregnant and cannot lift heavy items. asked on my way into the store for help with a few large items... waited but no help came. stopped at customer service desk and asked for help with dog food [50 lb bag]. noone came. asked for carry-out assistance TWICE at checkout. a manager called for someone twice but still noone came. i understand being busy with the holiday season. but when your a manager and I have asked TWICE at checkout, waited waited waited and then you watch me walking out with noone w/me for carry out assistance and me being out-to-here pregnant also with a baby in a car seat in my overflowing cart, you should be making sure to make it right! that was awful customer service and from a manager that was just flat-out ridiculous!
