Beautiful salon, my first time in I had a wonderful pedicure and came back with a friend and we each got full sets. I was debating between SNS nails and colored acrylic. I decided on colored acrylic because I always seem to chip, even with gel. 2 weeks later I go in for a fill and Tom was soooooo rude to me. Even tho a color acrylic fill is listed on their menu he stated that he can't do a color fill and every time I would need a new full set, when I asked why I wasn't told this the first time he said "we can't tell you everything" well you're performing a service and should inform women of something like needing a full set every 2 weeks because it would have changed my original decision. When I said I didn't want a new full set he Insinuated I couldn't afford it even though I tipped him $20 for my full set Just two weeks prior (I work in the service Industry and I always remember who tips well and take care of them, Tom needs to learn the ways of the industry)
I will NEVER return and my friend will never return, I just couldn't ever give Tom and his attitude another dime!
There are so many salons that it is stupid for the owner of a new salon to treat customers so poorly, Good luck! Onto the next
