  • We went to this store because it was the only one in North Phoenix who carried the designer my daughter liked. Let me tell you, the store has a good dress selection but is NOT what you would expect in a bridal salon. The dressing room area was covered in dirty carpeting and is cramped. The salesperson was indifferent and made no attempt to help guide us. My daughter found the dress he loved as a "trunk show" special. Buyer beware: After researching the price (after we bought it, my mistake) we found that we paid $100 less than it retails for. They jacked up the price before "marking it down." After seven months, the dress finally arrived. Excited, we came to the store to pick the dress up. The store was hot, as dirty as it was before and the salesperson could not be bothered to help my daughter into the dress. When it came time to pack up the dress, they charged $10 to give ud a garment bag for the dress! For the bride looking for the true ghetto bridal experience, look no further than this establishment. Keep looking if you want to be treated nicely by professionals who care about their customers!
