  • A cozy local place: it's going for a pub atmosphere with a touch of pool hall in the furnishings. Also, there's a more upscale beer selection here than you'd expect. They've got interesting daily specials, although the set menu isn't 100% reliable. The last time I was here, I ordered bangers and mash, only to be told they no longer served it. On the other hand, the vegetarian spaghetti alfredo I ended up ordering instead was delicious.
