  • I went in over two weeks ago never heard back from anyone with test results. I have now called the last 3 days in a row and my name and number had been taken and yet still no return call. Very frustrated at this point that not a single person is available to take the short amount of time to simply tell me my results or even be bothered to return a call. They open at 8am so I assumed if I called right at 8 someone would be able to take the time to speak to me but nooope. Name and number was taken again and when I asked if I would actually hear back from someone after three days of calling i was told "I don't know" seriously? Very poor customer service.
