Had a pretty bad experience with management over the weekend. I was at another Pike Nursery and and wanted to know if this location had a certain item in stock. While I was still at the other nursery I called this location to see if they had a tree in stock and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up thinking they forgot about me and called back and immediately got someone and ask my same question and stated that I was on hold before. She put me on hold and came back a few minutes later stating, "I just got word from the manager, can we give you a call back later?" I was floored that they couldn't answer my question nor to this date have they even called me back. We eventually went to this location because we really needed this tree. They did have one and they were a little busy but in my opinion they weren't too busy to answer a simple question. Usually you put customers first but I guess nursery has a different view.
Also we went to Lowe's later that day and realize that several of the plants they had at pikes were half the price at Lowe's. This is a common thing I've come to notice that this nursery is more expensive than others.
