| - #1 The they are no longer located at the address listed above and that was a real inconvenience as I was driving around in the middle of the night with my extremely ill 2 year old.
#2 I don't know why, but the staff here, including the doctor, seemed like a bunch of amateurs who completely lacked confidence in what they were doing. It was very unnerving. I had a 2 year old with difficulty breathing and respiratory rate of 72 with an oxygen saturation of 94% and retractions in his chest, ribs, and neck. The doctor absolutely did NOT make me feel like he knew what he was doing, his demeanor completely lacked any confidence. Not something you want when visiting an urgent care, especially a pediatric urgent care. He was suggesting my son had asthma and sent us home with a pricey breathing machine and a prescription for albuterol. The following morning, a trip to our regular primary care physician, revealed he has pneumonia and needs antibiotics!
Every person in health care knows the ABC's of care. Airway, breathing, circulation. I feel we left this urgent care with zero answers regarding my sons A & B.
Will not be visiting this urgent care again.
