We walked into this location inquiring about home Internet Service. While waiting for a customer service rep, the sign outside said "free wifi". I asked the greeter which was the hotspot I could use? She said "TWCGuest" and she said it was password protected. I said, it is not really free if you have to ask an employee for a password, is it? I felt, it was like asking the attendant for a key to use the bathroom. She said the Internet gets too unreliable if too many people use the wifi, and that is why it is password protected. We tried to connect with the password, but could not figure it out while we were waiting (about 5 minutes). There was a screen to sign-up for 30 minutes of service is all we could find. No simple password sign-in. The customer service representative presented our options for home internet. We were interested in the $14.94 / month option, $10 modem rental, and $5 wifi rental. But she said it was not very good for streaming services like youTube and was used for things such as email. We thanked her for her time and we left.
