rev:text	I am a season holder of ADA handicapped seating I made sure not only to carry my handicapped government issued ID & also I brought in my handicap plaque I am no longer wheelchair bound therefore I do carry enough information. they have a marked handicap line to go through which the gentleman was handling very well explaining to people it was for ADA only. Seeing I had a shunt I cannot go through metal detectors explaining this without question the gentleman asked me to step around it to the side and he had searched me where I felt no uncomfortable or excessive searching. From here ADA is it not necessarily marked well in staff is on sure when questioned anything about help with ADA compliances. *now for the real ugly part we get to our seating again season holders of ADA seating- Oddly it's not truly accessible. there is no bathroom on the floor and the only way to do it is to walk up two flights of stairs or take an elevator. (t-Mobile arena and Golden Knights please see attached photo that explains elevator laws for ADA also educate yourself on all ADA laws plus have a staff meeting please) we get to our section and ask how to get to our seating he had no idea. He even asked security and they told him to tell us to walk that the elevator is closed due to they had a private party on that level. Mind you this is the only way to get to handicap seating!So I go to the elevator that's in front of the VIP only entrance and I explain that this elevator is the elevator to our seats and only way to get to our seats versus climbing two sets of stairs showing him all our paperwork and that our tickets are season held ADA handicap seating. I am told I'm not part of the VIP party and that this elevator is now closed and I would have to walk the two flights of steps. Mind you watching enable body person walk the steps repeatedly as I took videos they would get to the top out of breath and saying holy crap that's a workout. I then find a third and a fourth usher to ask how to get to our seating and again told we have to walk even after showing the paperwork and explaining that isn't possible and that is going to cause severe pain and issues with the heart and all the other physical things going on with and between my mother and I. no one seemed to give a damn. This is the fun part attempting to get my mother and I up the stairs. Many people are trying to get up the NARROW STEEP STEPS! mind you this is not a flight of house stairs where there's 15 to 20 steps were talking an entire huge long way up of an entire stadium twice! When we get to the top we have a bunch of drunk people standing in the ADA place for wheelchairs because they paid a premium to be VIP also leaning in our chairs, standing over us eating food crumbling in our hair and spilling beer Another gentleman showed up for his ADA seating wheelchair-bound and an usher had to physically get people out of his seating and his area. I go to the Mobile placed bar which is in hands reach of our seats where people stand in line to get their liquor right behind us and while waiting use us to lean on. I asked the gal to get me management she gets me the usher of that level and that will always be there. BOBBY ( please somebody recognize this man and give him some kind of raise or award for being outstanding beyond believe after all this) he is the first person to recognize and understand that he works in ADA handicap areas. He quickly asked for my ticket and went to each usher of that level and also to each of the people that I pointed out we had spoke to him personally spoke to them about their behavior and ADA. They need to really rethink the VIP area stopping it at the doors directly behind the ADA area (where the elevators for handicap that are well marked they're handicapped are and should never be shut down due to somebody pays more money and they're having a party because their VIP and better than the handicap) and rope it off stopping them from moving into that section and having a very big drinking party of rudeness behind people that are trying to enjoy the game. The gentleman in the wheelchair I watched at least a half a dozen people squeeze next to him putting their ass dead in their face and so they can get a picture. Again comes the bathrooms there is none on this area we have to get into the elevator mind you it's closed for this party only to get to the bathrooms therefore we didn't take the chance of leaving our seats and having to travel up or down stairs again the pain was already horrific by the time I got to my seating. ONE STAR ONLY DUE TO THE POOR BEHAVIOR AND TRAINING ON ADA Compliance!
