  • I'm writing this post for my mom. She had been a good loyal customer to this salon for almost 2 years. They have a rewards program where they give you a little punch card and on the 10th punch you get a free manicure. Well after she spent all that money and filled her punch card she took her full card in for her freebie and one of the salon workers accused my mother of being a thief and lying. And saying that the punches and initials weren't real. Insinuating that she put fake initials and punches herself. What? She was outraged. She ripped up the card and tossed it and never came back. Great way to treat your customers that have given you hundreds of dollars. Can't even hold up to your own rewards program. Beware people.
