They do not even deserve ONE star, they deserve ZERO stars for poor communication and irresponsibility. Rod (who's name is Rodrigo) was the representative who set up our ADT contract. We sold our old home and had one year left of our previous 3-year contract, and Rod told us that as soon as we opened up our new 3-year contract for the alarm in our new home, the automatic payments from the previous account would stop. Two months later, the payments had not stopped and we were making monthly payments to our old account AND the new one. When I called ADT, the informed me that Rodrigo had not called/submitted a form that would cancel our old account and stop the payments. I was a little upset that he was so negligent, but at least I was getting my refund from ADT. I called him several times after I hadn't received my refund to kindly ask if there was anything he could do to expedite it (was told the refund would be issued 7-10 days after Nov. 30, 2015. It's 02/03/16 and still no refund), but he obviously never returned my calls. Very unprofessional and they show no care towards customers! DO NOT go through this company! Find another company to handle your security system needs.
