  • Really great experience with Alamo! My first time renting with them and I must say I was very much pleased! The entire renting process is easy peasy! One tip I will say is, check in online if you can. You'll save yourself so much time! I also did the skip the counter option, but I forgot to print out my ticket so I had to go to the counter. Thankfully there was hardly any customers in line, so I was able to get down to my rental car quickly. I will say the reps really try to push upgrades and other add-on's on you, but don't budge! Those upgrades and add-on's are super costly! The rep I worked with got kind of offended when I declined upgrades/add-on's heheheheh. But since I am footing the bill, I could care a less! Anywho, I was able to upgrade for free, as one of the employee escorts helped me out and got me into a pretty nice Volkswagen. I really enjoyed my rental and will definitely be using Alamo again the next time I need a rental!
