  • I took 2 thirteen year olds to shop at H&M. They were so excited, but that didn't last long. Not one person greeted us; not one clerk asked if we needed help. When we checked out (on the men's side), the clerk acted like we had disturbed him and was not a bit friendly or kind. Even one of the 13 year old girls said "their customer service stinks!" I personally will not be back in that store. What happened to decent customer service?!?
