  • DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR PRINTING NEEDS. I have never written a Yelp review before, but my terrible experience with Overnight Prints has compelled me to come here and do a write up. We are a small (two-person) company and they were recommended by another online review shop. We ordered some business cards and requested they be shipped (paying through the nose for express shipping) for a set of business meetings we had lined up one week. The cards never arrived. There was no notification that that they would be late. When I reached out to customer service I was treated rudely (as though my complaints had no merit and they were replying off of a stock form). They refused to refund even the full cost of my shipping only offering me a partial refund for the two days past the expected shipping date that the cards were delayed. I payed for the expensive shipping to get my cards on time, not two days late. Oh, the quality of the cards was pretty garbage too.
