  • I don't always eat cupcakes but when I do... I get them at Cupcakery and eat a few at a time. Truthfully, I was quiet irritated when first arriving to Cupcakery... Location on Lake Mead as well as this one have changed their hours for the summer and have not updated the hours online. So when I stepped out from work at 11am to pick up some treats I kissed the closed door with a sign stating that the shop will open at 12pm. Pissed I left and returned after 12pm (My heart was set on Cupcakery) after calling and confirming they were opened. My irritation disappeared after being helped by a very polite and sweet employee. Customer service is everything. I also felt a lot better after indulging in the Pina Colada and later in the day banana with nutella frosting (can't remember the name). Both cupcakes were delicious and fresh! Pina Colada was super cute with a cherry and umbrella in the cream cheese base frosting. I bought some treats for co-workers and they were quiet happy as well.
