  • I am incredibly shocked that this establishment is called a spa and would firmly call that a misnomer. The establishment was incredibly hot and even the seats were stained. As opposed to a coat rack or an organizer of some sort, I could only hang my purse on the door. Even in cheap nail salons I find that the customer service is better; I am offered water and asked how I can be assisted. Here, neither occurred. In addition, when the woman began my manicure and I told her I had a gel overlay on my real nails, she said " we don't do artificial nails." I responded that my nails were real but had an overlay and she then offered that they don't do acrylic nails. I thought her responses were tacky and presumptive. Instead of her asking " Is there any other service you might be interested in during your appointment time instead (perhaps a pedicure)?" She got up and left the room to go to the front desk and I had to ask her if there was anything further I needed to do. I found my experience absurdly rude and embarrassing; if you're preparing to pay $35 for a manicure, you would certainly expect more.
