  • i always have a great meal here. I feel like it's unfair to call this fusion as that usually as a negative connotation as cheap and watered down Chinese food. That could not be further from the truth at Bent. All the dishes are well designed and very avant-garde. I can tell a lot of r&d goes into each of the dishes served there. The decor at the restaurant is also very welcoming. Modern and classy at the same time.
