  • I didn't want to wait for my packet to be mailed by AZ DPS, so I called this place for more info. Jean was very pleasant on the phone. I could tell she loved her job because my questions were probably the same ones she gets asked time & time again, but she answered politely with happy tone to her voice. When I got there, it was Jean who waited on me. Again, so friendly & jolly...and so refreshing. Too many people take their jobs for granted and don't treat their paying clients like they should. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a fingerprint clearance card. They handle everything. Just remember, if you need an IVP card, you need a money order made out to AZ DPS. I was in & out about as fast I could fill out the short paperwork. The digital fingerprints were fast & easy.
